Inside the Sand Lab – How RUBYSAND is Made

Our state-of-the-art three-stage crushing process doesn't just replicate nature—it enhances it.

• Step 1 – It Begins in the Quarry
  High-quality granite is drilled, blasted, and hauled from carefully selected quarry locations.
• Step 2 – Primary Sizing
  A powerful Jaw Crusher breaks the rock into approximately 150 mm aggregates.
• Step 3 – Shaping the Core
  A Cone Crusher further reduces the material to around 40 mm for uniform processing.
• Step 4 – Crafting Perfection
  A Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) produces perfectly graded, angular, clean manufactured sand.

Our advanced technology simulates the natural "rock-on-rock" erosion process in a controlled environment, preserving rivers while producing stronger, cleaner and more consistent construction sand.
